Beef Ravioli in Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

One bag of V's Beef Ravioli
3 Tablespoons butter
½ pound of sliced mushrooms
3 finely chopped green onions
2 large fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1 10oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
2 ½ tablespoons oif chopped fresh basil
1 ½ cups whipping cream
¾ cup of grated Romano or Parmigian cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

Preparation

Cook ravioli as per instructions on bag. Drain and keep warm. Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sautee mushrooms, green onion and garlic until mushrooms are tender. Stir in diced tomatoes and green chilies, basil and cream. Bring to a light boil for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes while stirring occasionally . Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir in Ravioli, tossing to coat each and serve immediately.
