Tricolor Tortellini Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 package of V's Tri Color Tortellinitortsalad3
½ lb prosciutto or ham, sliced and cubed
½ lb smoked turkey, sliced and cubed
½ lb provolone cheese, cubed
1 cup peas
2 carrots, grated
½ large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup of V's Italian Salad dressing

PREPARATION

  1. Cook Tortellini in a large pot of boiling water according to packaging directions.
  2. Rinse with cold water until cold and drain well.
  3. Place cooked Tortellini in a large bowl and toss with Italian dressing.
  4. Add prosciutto, turkey and provolone, peas, carrots and bell peppers. Toss well, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  5. Toss again to redistribute dressing when serving.
