Tortellini Soup

INGREDIENTS:

6 cups of vegetable broth
1 can of Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tablespoons of fresh grated Romano cheese
1 package of V's Tortellini of your choice thawed
10 ounces of fresh spinach, rinsed and finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Combine Tortellini and spinach, lightly boil for 7 minutes. Drain and add tomatoes and broth, simmer 20 minutes and serve.
