Veal Parmigiana Recipe

Lightly coat fresh veal cutlets in seasoned bread crumbs. Lightly brown veal in a skillet at medium-high temperature. Place in a casserole dish and top with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with V's Spaghetti Sauce and sprinkle with fresh grated Romano cheese. Bake in conventional oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave oven for 12-15 minutes until reaching serving temperature.
